Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. This applies to all purchases within the EU. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail):

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment as in the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return.

You must return the goods without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss results from handling not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs. It does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, do not belong to any EU member state and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the EU.

General notes on returns: please avoid damage and soiling. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and use protective outer packaging if necessary. Please do not return goods carriage-forward. These notes are not a condition for effectively exercising the right of withdrawal.
