Shipping costs & delivery area

From €100 order value we deliver within Germany free of shipping charges (orders placed via the shop only). The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT.

We deliver to Germany, the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the USA, Canada and Australia. Some EU countries cannot be supplied due to high packaging-disposal costs. The current shipping costs are always shown in the cart before completing the purchase. Parcels are shipped via DHL, UPS or DPD.

Express shipping: on request via UPS Express — please ask via WhatsApp text message to 04281 5079782. Stock: we keep almost everything in stock; availability is shown in real time.

Delivery times

• Germany: approx. 2–3 working days
• Rest of EU: approx. 3–7 days
• Overseas (USA, Australia etc.): approx. 7–12 days (longer with customs)

Tracking information is sent by e-mail before dispatch. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery to Switzerland

We deliver directly to Switzerland with DHL; when Switzerland is selected as the destination, no German VAT is charged. The recipient pays DHL fees, duties and Swiss import VAT. Alternatively via MeinEinkauf.ch (service fee 17.90 CHF per shipment; surcharge 4.90 CHF per additional item above 3 order positions).
