5) Customer account and contract processing

Pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, personal data is collected and processed when you provide it to us for the performance of a contract or when opening a customer account. You can delete your customer account at any time. After deletion, your data is removed, provided all contracts have been fully processed and no statutory retention periods apply.

6) Data processing for order fulfilment

6.1 Insofar as necessary for contract fulfilment, we pass your personal data to the shipping company commissioned with delivery and to the payment service provider commissioned with payment processing (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

Amazon Pay

Provider: Amazon Payments Europe s.c.a., 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. Where you pay in advance, your payment data (name, address, bank/card information, currency, transaction number) and order content is passed on solely for the purpose of payment processing (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

Apple Pay

Provider: Apple Distribution International, Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Cork, Ireland. Payment is processed via the "Wallet" app of your Apple device; Apple's privacy policy applies.

7) Shop review tools – SHOPVOTE

Provider: SHOPVOTE UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG, Gewerbepark 12, 87787 Wolfertschwenden, Germany. After completing an order, a widget is embedded that lets you rate the shop; name, e-mail address, order number and order date are transmitted to the provider. 8.1 You have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller: right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), information (Art. 19), data portability (Art. 20), withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 (3)) and the right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 GDPR).

8.2 Right to object. Where we process your personal data on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest, you have the right at any time to object to this processing on grounds relating to your particular situation, with effect for the future. If your data is processed for direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time. If you exercise your right to object, we will stop processing the data concerned.
