General Terms and Conditions

As of 04 June 2026

1) Scope

1.1 These terms and conditions of Louis Schreyer, trading as "Rocketronics" (the "Seller"), apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods that a consumer or trader (the "Customer") concludes with the Seller regarding the goods presented in the Seller's online shop. The inclusion of the Customer's own terms is hereby objected to, unless otherwise agreed.

1.2 These terms apply accordingly to contracts for the provision of license keys. The Seller owes the provision of a license key for using the described digital products and the granting of the agreed usage rights. The Customer does not acquire intellectual property in the digital product.

1.3 A consumer is any natural person concluding a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade or self-employed profession. 1.4 A trader acts in exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2) Conclusion of contract

2.1 The product descriptions in the online shop do not constitute binding offers by the Seller but serve to enable the Customer to submit a binding offer. 2.2 The Customer submits the offer via the online order form by completing the order process; alternatively by e-mail, contact form or telephone.

2.3 The Seller may accept the offer within five days — by an order confirmation in text form, by delivering the goods, or by requesting payment. If the Seller does not accept within this period, this counts as a rejection. 2.4 PayPal payments are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. 2.6 The contract text is stored and sent to the Customer in text form.

3) Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Further information is provided in the Seller's withdrawal policy.

4) Prices and payment

4.1 The stated prices are total prices including statutory VAT; delivery and shipping costs are stated separately. 4.2 For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs (transfer fees, duties) may apply and are borne by the buyer. 4.3 The available payment options are communicated in the online shop. Instalment/invoice services are provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm, Sweden, and Mollie B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands.

5) Delivery and shipping

Delivery is made to the address provided. If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the Customer, the Customer bears the reasonable costs (except in the case of effective withdrawal). For consumers, the risk passes upon handover to the Customer. License keys are provided by e-mail.

6) Granting of usage rights for license keys

6.1 The license key entitles use of the digital product within the scope described in the product description. 6.2 In the case of a one-off provision, the grant of rights becomes effective only upon full payment.

7) Retention of title

If the Seller pays in advance, it retains title to the delivered goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

8) Liability for defects (warranty)

The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply. For traders, the limitation period for new goods is 1 year from delivery; defect rights for used goods are excluded. The limitations do not apply to claims for damages, fraudulently concealed defects or the obligation to provide updates for digital products.

9) Liability

The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, for guarantees and under mandatory law (e.g. the Product Liability Act). For negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.

10) Redemption of promotional vouchers

Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed in the online shop within the stated period; certain products may be excluded. Only one voucher per order; the value of goods must at least equal the voucher amount, remaining credit is not refunded; no cash payout; the voucher is transferable.

11) Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this applies only insofar as no higher protection is provided by mandatory provisions of their country of residence.

12) Alternative dispute resolution

The Seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
